Megan is currently pursuing a master’s degree in social work at Université Laval, in addition to having interdisciplinary training in the social sciences of health. As a technical research assistant for the Réseau de recherche sur les savoirs citoyens et les approches cocréatives, they participate in activities aimed at contributing to knowledge dissemination and mobilization efforts that support social transformation, and supporting the development of initiatives that promote citizen knowledge. Megan is interested in issues surrounding the wellbeing of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, youth, and families, particularly in relation to reproductive and sexual health, assisted reproduction, queer parenting, and kinship.
