Fanny is currently completing her undergraduate degree in psychology (UQAM), officially at the end of April 2023. She is aspiring to become an organizational psychologist and she wants to integrate the Ph.D program in September 2023. Fanny is interested in anything that concerns actual organizational practices and business ethics. This is the reason why she is sharing her passion and her curiosity about human psychological processes in the Pragmatic Health Research’s Unit. She is also concerned about every behavior related to them. Constantly looking for new ways to incorporate psychological balance, she previously worked in the Human resources department and as a clinical worker. She would like to study more health workers’ mental illness in our public health system. Besides, her role consists of ensuring a productive organization of the laboratory Unit to contribute to its coordination. Slowly, she has been exposed to many problems of our public health system and this is why she is looking forward to making a real difference as a future researcher!
